How do I report a problem with my order?

At this point you are already a signed up user, so do the following: - Login - Click on DASHBOARD which will show you all your information as a user of the system. On the left list there are images with text below for various things you can do including: - View the orders you have made. - Canceling any orders you made. - Returning orders. - Read messages sent to you. - See reward points you have. - Account password changing. From these pick the one which has to do with orders.
